This listing includes designs around the 2.25x3" in size. You can give your exact needed dimensions and we will work from that. 

Patch come with heat activated adhesive on the back. You will need to press at 220 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 seconds for most applications. You may need to test which settings work best for your make and model of press as well as the garment you are applying to.
